Re-installation of 3 disdrometers on ENPC campus

Installation of new measurement devices on radar platform

New devices were installed on HM&Co radar platform in late August to complement TARANIS observatory existing ones. More precisely, a 3D sonic anemometer and a mini meteorological stations were installed on offset arms attached to the radar platform.
