Preparation of the data with MH-AssimTool

Tutorial: launch “MH-AssimTool”.

• Click on “New Watershed” and choose a folder for the outputs.

• Tick the “NEW DATA” box and select all the following files in the folder “Inputs/ Catchment”:

  • The topography file is named “TOPOGRAPHY.asc”. 15

  • The land use file is named “LANDUSE.shp”

  • The hydrology file is named “HYDROLOGY. shp”.

  • The sewer system file is named “SEWER. shp”.

  • The catchment limit file is named “LIMIT.shp”

• Display the GIS data

• Draw a barrier and a retention basin in the catchment

• Launch the conversion and choose the cell size.
