Conclusion
In this module we briefly recall in the first part the multifrctal theory and its main characteristics. We detailed the identification of scale invariance properties proceedings which is a basic notion of this theory and gave a statistical proprieties. The general proprieties of the multifractal fields and their extreme behavior have been described. We introduced the universal multifractal model, this model summarizes the observed variability at whole scale by an analytical formula and reduced number of parameter.
