Biological system can be reduced on set of simple elements :
Looking to the above system, we can observe that, there exist different interactions: Cells-Molecules, Molecules-Genes or Cells-Genes. As shown above complex systems can be decomposed on different components according to their scale, but the difficulties remain as long as the type of the interactions are not identified.
