Motivations
One the biggest environmental complex system is the atmospheric motion. As highlighted above, this system interacts not only with other systems but even if it is isolated, it contains different complex process :
High intermittent, extremely variable and discontinuous phenomenon both in space and in time.
Transport of different pollutant and aerosol.
The variability of atmospheric fields defeats many traditional approaches.
This variability causes extreme disasters : cyclones, floods...etc.
