Introduction to complex systems

Motivations

The karstic systems are an original environments. They have studied mainly in three fields: geomorphological, speleological and hydrological:

  • The Geomorphological approach is based on studying the parameters that describe the formation of karst and their evolution.

  • The Speleological approach is based on the description of underground caverns and networks forms penetrable by man.

  • Finally, hydrogeological approach is based on the fundamental relationship between the flows and the karst, which explains their organization.
